Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING

EU Countries: shipping times 2 to 6 business days, shipping costs 7€.

Non European Countries: shipping times 2 to 10 business days, shipping costs 41€. 

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER €215.

Shippings are usually made with UPS, but for some specific orders a different shipping company may be needed.

You'll receive updates by e-mail as soon as your order is ready to be shipped.

 

RETURN

You have the possibility to return the orders that don’t meet your expectations no later than 14 days after the date you received the order.

You can request return of purchased items writing to contact@jeleja.com 

In the event you would like to return an order, costs of shipping, duties and taxes will be on you. Only the product cost will be refund.

Returned items will be examined thoroughly, verifying their eligibility for return.

Take due care when you receive one of Jeleja items, please. Every item returned must conform to these standards:

- products must be returned in the same condition they were received in; 

- items must be returned with the original boxes where applicable;

- any return that has been worn, is dirty or has other signs of wear won't be approved.

As soon as the return is approved and a refund has been made you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation that your return is approved. Refunds can take up to 14 days, depending on the bank.
