Shipping and Withdrawal

- SHIPPING -

EU Countries and Switzerland: shipping times 2 to 6 business days, shipping costs 7€.

Non-EU Countries: shipping times 2 to 10 business days, shipping costs 35€. 

Import duties are on you when you receive the package. FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER 250€.

Shippings are usually done with UPS, but for some specific orders a different shipping company may be needed.

You'll receive updates by e-mail as soon as your order is ready to be shipped.

 

- WITHDRAWAL -

You have the possibility to withdraw from the contract and return the product(s) no later than 14 days after you placed the order. A 'Withdrawal Form' button is shown in every page of the website (www.jeleja.com): please click on it and enter your name and surname, order number and email address. In order to confirm your withdrawal, you then need to click on 'Continue' and on 'Confirm withdrawal'.

In the event you would like to return an order, costs of shipping, duties and taxes will be on you. Returned items will be examined thoroughly, verifying their eligibility for return.

Take due care when you receive one of Jeleja items, please. Every item returned must conform to these standards:

- products must be returned in the same condition they were received in; 

- items must be returned with the original boxes where applicable;

- any return that has been worn, is dirty or has other signs of wear won't be approved.

As soon as the return is approved and a refund has been made you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation that your return is approved. Refunds can take up to 14 days, depending on the bank.
